Help & Support

As soon as you check out, your download link is emailed to you right away. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email me and I'll sort it out.

Please save your files somewhere safe as soon as you download them. Download links expire, so I recommend backing them up to your computer and a cloud folder like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Every purchase comes with complimentary 1:1 support to help you get started, even if you have never opened Photoshop before. I'll personally walk you through installing your files and using them, one step at a time.

You can also watch my tutorials on the Appleseed YouTube channel.

Each product page lists the software it works with. In general, my actions are made for Photoshop, and my preset collection works in EVOTO, Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw. If you're not sure something will work with your setup, email me before you buy and I'll be happy to help.

Yes! If you've lost your downloads, I can resend them for a $20 CAD fee. Just email me with the name or email you ordered under.

Because these are digital products, all sales are final and there are no refunds, exchanges or returns. You can read the full refund policy here. If something isn't working the way you expected, please reach out. I'd love the chance to help you get great results!
